okay so i wanna know about make-up. i’ve never worn make-up and now i want to. =] umm does anyone have any advice about what i should or shouldn’t do?? again i’m a make-up virgin any little thing would help. i’m an olive type skin skin analyzer amwaycolor if that helps?

Maikang Well I suggest that if you have a nice complextion don’t even worry about any kind of foundation because it actually clogs your pores but if you have any rough spots you wanna touch up use some kinda concealer and dab it on and put a little light colored powder over it.But if you want to add some color to your face for going out or something just put a little blush on your cheeks. And for eyeliner don’t wear it thick and gobby it looks trashy only wear it thicker if your going out for somethin special! but just try enhacing you natural features and you will look amazing. So when your doing eyeliner if you want to make your eyes look bigger you make the eyeliner a little thicker on top and toward the outter edge of your eye.And for the bottom just put a thin line on the outer edge just under you lashes and then curl your eyelashes and apply just one coat of mascara (you don’t wanna look gobby).And when you put on eyeshadow just stick with pastels and earthy tones like brown, peach,or lilac and apply the darkest shade to the crease in your eyelid and the lighter shades to the browline and the lashline.For the lips just go natural with light pink or clear lip gloss and for something a little more special go for a light brownish/mauve color.Hope this helps!skin analyzer

Maikang the biggest advice i can give u is keep it as simple and natural, when ppl look at u u want them to ask themselves “what is it about her that makes her look so freaking good?” as opposed to ur eyeshadow being the first thing they see when they look at u or to be more specific a carnival. if u have clear skin work the eyes, with black mascara and eyeliner, and the lips with a little color, nothing too glossy. trust with makeup less is more. especially if u have a little color on u. it makes wearing makeup that much easier. and if u decide to wear foundation because u have a few imperfection the best kind u can use that wont ade is MK mineral powder foundation.skin analyzer

Maikang ok, well if you have blemishes and such and you want to cover up, use a liquid foundation, go to a local beauty store and find one that fits your skin colour.
i’d say use a bronzer, brush it on your cheekbones, i use lise watier, i like it it gives your face sparkle
use brown eyeliner, and brown or black mascara (to start off, use the eyeliner on your bottom go halfway across your eye, and on your top lashes put on mascara)
as a starter, i’d say the easiest eyeshadow for you would be almay intense i-color powder, trio for (insert eye colour) – they have trios for green eyes, blue, brown and hazel. choose which one fits your eye color, and right on the package it shows you how to put it on. that’ll introduce you to eye shadow.
stick with a simple lipgloss, shiny, not too sparkly lol, and just try different kinds because you’ll like certain ones over others. i like juicy tubes, but they’re quite expensive

Maikang Well… You should start with a little eyeliner, some mascara, and some eyeshadow. Here are the best colors of eyeshadow to use….

Blue Eyes: Rich warm browns, warm taupes and soft peaches

Green and Hazel Eyes: Golden browns, warm taupes, deep purples, soft peaches and soft violets.

Grey Eyes: Charcoal, cool brown and purple.

Maikang Since you are a make up virgin. I would say start light. Get a good (not maybelline, revlon, etc) foundation, and a mascara to start. After you master that go to a reputable counter such as MAC and have them show you how to apply Eyeshadows. Once you are comfortable with that, have them show you how to apply blush and bronzers.skin analyzer
