Is it possible to never sunburn even though you are in the sun? For the past 2 weeks it has been in the high 70’s / low 80’s here. I have been riding my motorcycle everywhere, for at least 3 or 4 hours per day, every single day. I haven’t been wearing on gear on the bike (Yes I know, ATGATT, don’t need a lecture) and i literally have not burnt at all. I have become very tan though. I do tan super easily, i swear i could get a tan in the winter. My arms and face are pretty damn brown, it looks like a nice tan someone gets after being in the Bahamas. But i am not burnt at all, except MAYBE on my neck, it feels tender. Maikang Actually there are some people who have allergies to the sun, but they are rare. You wouldn’t voluntarily sit in the sun until you die, unless you were unconscious, so that option is very much out. No, what you truly die of is dehydration. That’s why. The sun depletes water in the human body and raises temperature to dangerous levels. Worst case scenario, a person who are stuck in the desert for instance, not only have to deal with general dehydration, they have a sort of accelerated state of water loss. The sun not only makes you sweat, the heat it gives off can literally bake the skin. The organs inside the body (with high levels of water loss) cannot perform normal functions and shut down.
