Maikang Now you only need two steps 😉 I’ve been there…trust me. Mary Kay’s Velocity Facial Cleanser and Mary Kay’s Velocity Face Mousturizer. I’ve tried ProActive, AcneFree, Murad, and Philosophy. I’ve been through it! Mary Kay is the one and only product I will use on my face from now on. I don’t wake up in the morning with like 6 zits on my cheeks anymore. I may get the occasional zit or two but that’s normal – I get it since I’m probably stressed from school and I’m in sports. Give Mary Kay a try the cleanser and moisturizer’s only $10 each. Give it a month to actually clear your face. I’m not promising you one of those “it’ll be gone in 3-5 days!” promises. It’ll help make it smaller but it doesn’t really make ALL of it disappear in 3 days. • Add fresh fruits, vegetables in diet and take vitamin, chromium, zinc supplements.

• Teenagers must not wear heavy makeup on faces. If you have to, use water based products avoiding oil-based products.

• Drink at least 10 glasses of water in a day. Water is a best cleanser as it helps flushing out toxins of the body.

• Do not use oily products like pomades or hair spray on your hair.

• Do not pluck out pimple with bare hand as that may leave permanent spot on skin.
