m 14. I have lists ALL over my house; stacks of papers& notes. I need to write down& PLAN everything. I have a list of rules& tips for myself, &of things i have to do everyday (“dailies”). All my thoughts always need to be sorted. I have a collection of things I can’t throw away- candy wrappers, empty pens, old whiteout, cards, envelopes, price tags. I brush my teeth in counts of 8. There are tissues on top of my toilet; I always throw away the 1 on top before taking one, because of the germs. If I share drinks, I’ll get anxiety over how I might get sick. I can’t be in the same room as someone with a cold without crazy sweating/panic. I’m esp. anxious about getting sick &ruining a big event that I planned meticulously for. I always ask my mom to reassure me that I won’t get sick, like the words will help. I ask my friends to reassure me that I said/did something right. It seems so desperate. I need everything to be perfect all the time, say, if some1 has stopped talking to me, it’ll be in the back of my mind and I’ll keep trying to make things okay, just so I can relax. I pick at the skin on my fingertips, lips, scabs, & pimples,& I CANT STOP. If i let some1 use my pencil, wear my sweater, borrow my book, I’ll be thinking about it& panicking until I get it back. I cant do things while people are watching me. If I have an idea, it will always be in my mind until I do it. Ex: I was self harm free for a while until I had a bad day and I kept thinking “I feel like I’ll go home& cut myself again.” I did, that night, because I couldnt get the idea outta my head. I have scary visions/daydreams that I dont want, of my family &friends
dying, of me dying/killing myself/cutting, of doing inappr. sexual things, especially w/ little kids, accompanied with fears that im terrible. Maikang It sounds like you might have OCD, or something else is wrong. You need to tell your GP about it. These things have a tendency to get worse and worse until you seek help, and they are normally very manageable with the use of medication and therapy. But you are very young so its likely you will just grow out of it but you still need to tell your doctor. Good luck.skin analyzer
