Your gods passion for blood is almost reminiscent of the Aztec gods passion for blood for the very same reason. People believed that blood was magical and could be used for atonement and as a way to with the favor of the god/s because they didn’t understand it.

Your biblical god appears to the outside analysis as primitive and quite literally bloodthirsty.

The sacrifice of Jesus pays the blood payment for us once and for all.
