Received empty box with wrapping ONLY, no product was included! Never experienced this kind of scam with my online shopping experience.

Well, items came not sealed.
ALL Boxes were opened and looked very worn out, no plastic wrap over. To send it back internationally with track would cost me 40 dollars, I already have paid 40$ tax here.
I am sure if I spend another 40$ for return they would find the reason not to refund. I’ll save it;)

Turns out the are NOT official retailer for Murad since 2015. WHERE do they get their items? Fakes? Who knows. MURAD officials DID recommend me to return the cream I have bought from SkincareRX.

Well 200 dollars went down the drain:) Leave and learn:)

Delivery took about 3x as long as it should have.
I got the product only to realize it was not a lightweight, light-tinted moisturizer but a heavy, thick dark lotion. Reviews said it was light and airy.
Although they said returns were not possible they did eventually work to resolve my issues, which I appreciated.

Do not order from this company. They send defected products and will NOT accept any returns whatsoever! BEWARE, Skinstore.com and SkincareRX are the same company!!!

I have shopped here for 8 years and love the selection, fast shipping, and really good prices. They have great deals and customer service is outstanding – they actually are trained skin care professionals to answer questions about ingredients and regimes.
